Very nice venue and great vibe before facing the staff!Staff didn’t have a good attitude at all. One of them was really rude and sarcastic.Food served very disappointing. We asked for Darjeeling tea and when the waiter served it he said, Breakfast tea! Told him that we ordered Darjeeling! He took it back and put hi nose in the cup, trying to smell it; while we were watching him. Took back same cup and said it is Darjeeling! We never touched that filthy cup afterwards…So disappointed! Especially with great potential that the place has in the venue. But the staff and kitchen ruined it

Such a beautiful place and the igloos on the roof are such a fun addition!Super cozy, great service, good cocktail selection and nice food.

Certainly no need to book on a Sunday night (its huge), a nice restaurant, but a bit under-lit and gloomy! I wasn't expecting much from my steak frites, but pleasantly surprised and my companions were happy with their chicken. We could have been served with a bit more panache, but maybe that would be too much – it is Cobham after all. Goring & Streatley 'club' is a bit better.

Lovely food, great service and a friendly atmosphere.

Staff, service and decor were the top three things. Overpriced, average and cold food, left feeling hungry.

Dietary restrictions: Celiac.Some good choices

Limited menu, nice restaurant. Ridiculously small portions on some menu items and mediocre quality. Avoid if hungry! The chef and manager were not concerned about the complaint at all.

Came for an anniversary meal, food is poor - the aubergine main didn’t come with any rice as advertised, the flat iron steak was average at best and the beer was flat. The atmosphere is really good and the staff are nice but overall not a great experience massively let down by the food and drink.

Had a lovely meal to cheer me up on a miserable rainy Sunday night. Service was good (quick and error free - you'd be surprised how many times places mess up orders but not here) with staff efficient and friendly. I thought the prices were very reasonable for a the location and quality of the place and food.Sadly little dog couldn't make this time but will definitely go back for breakfast and this time take little dog to share the enjoyable food and experience.

Group of 6 women arrived 8pm- no order taken for drinks until 8.30pm. Food was ok for 3 meals but the 3 ‘kids size’ portions at £19pp was mediocre, undercooked and not warm throughout. At 9pm the lights were turned done, so much so, that we were unable to actually see what we were eating. We resorted to using the torch on our mobiles. No further drinks were offered through the evening and no dessert menus appeared even when requested. We spoke to the manager a few times re the issues and quite honestly we were shocked at his blasé attitude- apparently the undercooked and overpriced pasta was of a very high quality and was the ‘Coppa’ large portion. The lighting apparently was out of his hands and down to operations at head office. No compensation was offered will regards the poor service and the lighting situation- not even a complimentary drink. The manager did however deduct the 3 pasta meals after yet another discussion. There were also 3 broken chairs at our table. The manager didn’t seem to realise that the poor quality, service and lighting ruined what should have been a lovely evening. The table neon front of us also complained re the lighting and finally received money off the bill.We will not be returning to this restaurant.
