I had the best burrito ever (hot, well cooked, and succulent) at the Cobham branch of El Mexicana (on the M25). The burrito was made by Rodrigo (full beard, wife, and kids), however the tacos were not as nice. Which was surprising.The service was fantastic. Ed (mustache white chinos) was particularly helpful and disarmingly chatty - happy to give me an incredible amount of information regarding the El.Mexicana franchise including the fact that the end of day takings are not automated by a computer but manually by Ed.We were having a nice chat disparaging Chipotle, until we were interrupted by his flustered manager - Callan (Alan with a C), who started to get angry when a Starbucks employee came in.Other than that, guac only cost 80p extra. So that's good too.NB: I have deducted one star for atmosphere as it is situated near the toilets. And in Cobham. And on the M25.

The fact they made a spelling/grammar mistake in the name of their business tells you all you need to know about this place. Avoid!Go to Tortilla if you want a decent burrito (cheaper too).

Only ordered two Oreo milkshakes. Took about 20 minutes. The guy making them seemed to be in slow motion. He filled one cup, and when the second cup only filled 2/3 with the remaining liquid from the mixer, he poured some of the full cup into the more empty one to even them out. So neither were full. He then gave them to me and when I asked if he could at least add cream, he sauntered off, had a problem with the cream canister, then came back to say 'sorry, no cream'. The milkshake itself was fine, but for £5 each, I expect a full cup and for it to at least vaguely look like the advert, with cream and Oreo topping. The photo I've added was BEFORE I took a sip. The little blob of white in the cup to the right was the effort to add cream.

Bad costumer service and bad value of money !!! I'm writing today here that others to don't pass the same experience .I buy today 2 large burritos, one with beef and one with chicken , after waiting 20 min i receive my beef burritos but i could not find any beef inside only the taste of it.When i tried to approach the lady which was my server she said to me that if i feel the taste of beef i more that enough .After it was very rude with me and bad attitude , i tried to request a refund but she said that she will not the refund , in the mind time one of her colleague tied to approach and deal the problem very professional but was send from there by the lady in charge.At the end after my insistence she call the manger lying that i was a customer which i ate half of burrito ( you can see clear from the photo that is not true ).Lack of management and definitely needed customer service training .

That coffee come broke at the bottom not even started drinking coffee. Not even had a 1 sip started running through the bottom of cup mess up my truck gladly quickly sticked coffee outside then cup bottom fell of !!!!! Not safe !!!! Lucky didn’t burns myself. Left with no coffee and £3 basically in the bin. Shouldn’t bother. Place not busy and staff seemed like both are fed up of their job miserable. I asked at the beginning to advise which burrito would be with chicken waitress said I have to look at the menus .. then I see there is nobody there so asked again maybe she could advise something. She said I have to order from screen and she didn’t offer her help to use it . It was frustrating. Othe guy next to me felt to same ordering on screen and staff just standing with blank faces. Thanks for nothing!!!! I wish I went to Mc Donald to get coffee at least had a coffee now. Please see photos white dot on the floor is cup’s bottom .

ABSOLUTELY SUB PAR food and service.Specially the burrito, severely overpriced because it's actually a regular sized one, and half COLD! Then the lady serving could not care less, like a smile would cost money. Didn't want to move a finger more than she had to. Never again. Two stars because I'm in a good mood.

Value for money is absolutely shocking paid 12.30 for an "xxl la beast" burrito it was absolutely tiny and near enough all rice, I wouldn't go again and would advise going to a better food vendor

Disgusting! Ordered 2 different burritos and they didn't sign them! When I came up to find out they just unfolded and started poking around in it, the appetite was at zero.
