Food was great as always with Nandos, the first two members of staff at the front of the restaurant seemed to have more interest of chatting to each other or being on their phones then to actually look like they enjoyed their jobs or wanted to help customers. Otherwise I good experience for a services.

Lovely Nandos food, freindly staff and usually quicker and less busy than McDonalds and KFC etc. Never seem to wait too long for food and havent been disapointed yet. Stop by fairly regularly and even switched from Clacket lane to Cobham as my usual m25 service stop to come here, just dont buy anything or give any money to the scammers that always seem to be in the car park.

Awful service\\n\\nWe asked to sit upstairs since the downstairs section was very busy and upstairs was open but less busy with nicer tables. Waitress refused to seat us upstairs, so we decided to leave.\\n\\nWaitress didn’t care at all about losing 2 customers, completely gormless “computer says no” attitude. At least pretend to care about your job!

Great Nando's food, but the management of the place leaves a bit to be desired. Two items we tried to order they had run out of and with our oder placed, sitting at our table waiting for our food we were told another item was unavailable. This was at 6pmnon a Sunday and one would expect someone to be managing their stock better. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

The food was great. As usual. I really think they should consider keeping an alcohol-free beer on their menu, it is a motorway services after all.\\nIt was quite cold in there and I hate eating with my coat on. A more ambient temperature would have been good.

It was not busy when we went in .order our meal and our olives was so little compared to other customer on opposite table. Also have to call waiters as they were all gathered near food pick up area and talking .none of waiters wearing mask.we can see food lying there but no one bothered to take them to customers. Not pleasant experience. ?

I love Nando's and this place is no exception. Whoever had the idea to put one in a service station made the right decision.\\nThe chicken was succulent and the hot was spicy, the rice was softly cooked and not dried out and the coleslaw had just enough bite and crunch. Washed down with bottomless coke zero.\\nJust the break required on a long journey.

How can you serve cold chips to your customers? The restaurant was empty but still manager and staff not attentive and then we were served cold food. I wonder how they would cope during busy times. Burgers were nice but the chips were cold....got another portion of hot chips but service at this nandos is poor.Will know not to go there next time.

Cannot thank Milly and the staff enough for helping out with my (several thousand, very annoying, very messy) intolerances and food allergies! I realise it can be a pain in the arse for any waiter/waitress/food server/chef to try and cater for people like me, so I am eternally grateful for staff who ask the awkward questions of the chef and put me at ease. I HATE being an inconvenience and yet the staff were so polite and friendly and happy to help. No I couldn't eat the chicken cos we couldn't work out exactly was in it, but we got round that!! Hummus and avocado salad with chips was fab. Thank you!

Super quick service and very very clean. Loved it here. I am gluten free and have to follow a vegan diet too and the options were great and marked clearly. Definitely reccomend if you are stopping off.

Food was standard nandos. However service was awful. Stood and waited for 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me even though multiple members of staff walked past me but didn't say anything including the manager Gabz very unimpressed. However when one staff did eventually come up to me he was lovely and friendly and apologised for the wait, his name was Dre and I can't praise him enough, he was probably the only good thing about this visit. We also ordered pineapple with a wrap which it came with no pineapple and after we asked for it we had to wait another 15 minutes to ask again and when it did eventually turn up it was a cold pineapple ring not grilled or anything so extremely disappointed.
