Was hungry late on Sunday evening so drove down the A3, to the services, as this is 24 hours - useful. Decided to mix ‘things up’, so bought a Vegan Burger and large chips from this KFC, and a plant burger from their rivals, which is adjacent. Vegan Chicken Burger was absolutely delicious and they’ve completely improved the quality, since I last ate some, from the likes of Morden, Wimbledon and Surbiton branches. Chips were fantastic and service was very rapid.

Guy was persistent in ripping me off why this dirty KFC has not been shut down is beyond me… food was cold and stale disgusting

Thoroughly impressed with KFC Cobham Services. Firstly, I was served incredibly swiftly. Within the minute. Secondly, and most pertinently, the chicken was fantastic. The trinity of heat, texture and flavour was achieved. Kudos to the team at KFCCS.

How come this kfc place hasnt cloed down ? Tastes disgusting. They gave me rotten chicken wings even i asked to change another ones.they still brought me rotten wings once again . When i think about it i just feel like throwing up for the taste and the smell of the chicken ??

Nothing is possible to make good meals. This place is a great place to not eat. Microwave food at it's finest. Served cold as well and forgot to complete the menu. Gravy taste like nothing but water. Only the best was the tango. First time, never again. Improvement ist needed here.

Without doubt the worst fast food I have ever eaten. We both ordered a chicken burger and chips. Both the chicken burger and the chips were lukewarm, tasteless and flabby. The service was slow and, when a bag was placed on the counter, next to a tray with two drinks we had no idea it was our order because no one told us. Other bags were also on the counter. When I asked where our order was, the bags were opened and checked. The right bag was then handed to me. I went to put it on the tray with the drinks to take it to where my wife was sitting but was told that I couldn't take the tray. So I made two journeys to the table as I couldn't carry the bag and two drinks together. Expensive, cynical, lousy quality,poor service, never again, KFC. I can confirm that this experience took place on the evening of Sunday 13th November , in the unlikely event that anyone at KFC can be bothered to check out what happened.

Guy's avoid avoid just now i had a mighty bucket for one chicken AND WING very VERY dry it's look like cooked chicken from yesterday left over come ON 1st in the morning i went so guys think about it staff aren't friendly at all when i asked them can I use colonel club kfc reward app they have no clue at all the had to call manger LOL basically i had throw the food to bin money waste if there is an option for 0* I would have given
I stay for work at the Ramada next door. This is the 3rd time I have ordered 4 pieces have only got 3. When you tell the staff next time you visit they just look at you say nothing. I think there is a bit of a fiddle going on as I pay cash at the counter and some times do not get a number and they get my order straight away without waiting. Please give me the food I ordered. Also it is getting a bit expensive as the prices went up. Eddie

To just obtain corn on the cob as a quick side took longer than it should. The service team were chatting and not serving the queue that was stacking up behind us eventhough they was aware as they were given us eye contact. They even tired pushing another college to go and serve the tills because they didn’t want too (perhaps get a job that you want to do). Once we was served the incorrect price was given (fair mistake). once we eventually received our order it was throw on the counter towards us - not an awful experience but not the best either.

It was KFC in a hot and busy service station. They had the smallest queue. The chicken was freshly cooked (too hot to eat at first). Down side partner couldn't find straws or napkins, when it's busy maybe they should give with the food? Plus no salt for the fries. Drink was cold which was needed in the heat.

This was probably the worst meal I've ever had...and I used to like KFC! £8.99 bought me a piece of dry chicken in a stale bun with about 2 shreds of lettuce, 1 drumstick that must have come from a sparrow and about 4 chips. I'm horrified that standards have dropped so low and won't be visiting KFC again! The only reason I gave it 1 star was because it came out fairly quickly...but then if its been reheated to within an inch of its life then it will be quicker to serve...
