Ed (mustache white chinos) was particularly helpful and disarmingly chatty - happy to give me an incredible amount of information regarding the El.Mexicana franchise including the fact that the end of day takings are not automated by a computer but manually by Ed.We were having a nice chat disparaging Chipotle, until we were interrupted by his flustered manager - Callan (Alan with a C), who started to get angry when a Starbucks employee came in.Other than that, guac only cost 80p extra.
