A group of friends get together for lunch. Party of 9/10 people. We had to pre order what we chose to eat. Meals came out at different times, batter on fish soggy(sent back) my food was just warm( didn't bother complaining) chicken overcooked & dry. Penang curry bland & half our puddings didn't arrive. It was a shame as have eaten there before & enjoyed. They seemed to be understaffed & not very experienced, but polite & friendly. We waited 20 mins for a coffee when we first arrived! Slow on drinks orders too. We declined paying the service charge as service was not as it should've been.Not one to complain usualky but it was disappointing?

Bad experience. Walked in, looked staff in the face and asked to be seated. We then sat down. No menus, no offer for drinks, basically no table service. My wife eventually got up and got her own menu, I took a menu from the table next to ours (which was reserved), then straight away the staff replaced the menu for that table. Still continued to ignore us. Best part is the place wasn’t busy. So I guess there must be some other reason for ignoring us. Didn’t wait to find out. Got up and left.

Lovely golf club unfortunately did not play the course but will do in the future. Shop is well stocked and staff are friendly just be careful as you could spend a fortune ?

We recently hosted a large event at Silvermere. The event was organised for us by Vickey and she ensured that everything was perfect on the night. The waiting staff ensured that all of the guests were well looked after. I would have no hesitation in recommending Silvermere!

Hired the Rydal Suite for work Christmas party. Great venue, perfectly decorated. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend for similar events and will definitely be looking to book next year!

We hadnt been there for a while, and we got table service which we appreciated. However, they didnt give us cutlery when they brought the food (so we had to find it ourselves because we asked and nothing happened), and they forgot one item from the order. Food was good.
