Yesterday night I walked into Starbucks and I did not enjoy my experience. A Starbucks employee has given me a small Caramel Frappuccino when I had ordered a large drink. However, I was still charged the large drink.

Utterly lovely staff. We made a bit of a mess when our son spilled my coffee, and the staff were wonderfully understanding in both cleaning up and sorting out a replacement.

Really convenient Starbucks on the M25. It was really busy when we visited but the order was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the the friendly staff. Only complaint was that they didn't make the drinks in order. Our drinks all were served separately, in between those ordered after ours.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISGUSTED IN A SERVICEWas given MILK when asked for oat milk, oat milk was repeated several times due to her allergy 'have the phone recording as she was on the phone at the time of placing her order' my mums dyslexic and allergic to cows milk it's only when I started my drink that I noticed mum was half way through I asked her if she was OK "yer my throat is itchy and this drink is watery" not knowing what the drink she ordered was ment to taste like as she hasn't had it b4 can't believe the error unfortunately can't rectify as half way down the m25 so disappointed could well have had a different tragic in some cases outcomeWheelchair accessibility: One level seating upstairs alsoDietary restrictions: Offers but unfortunately not carried out on this occasion

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent service I received at cobham services. I visited your store today to order a drink, and unfortunately, I was refused service by the barista on duty.When I approached the counter to order my drink, the barista informed me that they didn't have the time to make my drink and couldn't be bothered to do so. I was shocked and taken aback by this response. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to receive the service that I am entitled to.I found the behavior of the barista to be completely unacceptable. It is not only rude, but it is also unprofessional and goes against the values that Starbucks claims to uphold. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with kindness and consideration, regardless of how busy the store may be.I would like to request that appropriate action is taken to ensure that this does not happen again to me or any other customer at any of your stores. I hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and that I can continue to enjoy the high-quality drinks and service that Starbucks is known for usually.

The same as any other service station apart from when I went in with my trailer couldn't find anywhere to park as they combed off half of the car park on a busy day what made no sense
