Excellent food, generous portion and rich in taste. I had takeaway beef with black bean sauce and spring rolls that are perfectly cooked cris. Best in Dorking for Chinese.

Beef was chewy. Very bad service, i asked for a refund since it was 2 hour delivery. I really didn't expect this to be that bad, this is such a good place to go but it wasn't this time.

Unfortunately the Food was terrible Pancake rolls where full of grease I ordered an item and was sent the wrong thing , then although I never have before and they have always sent the right item when I phoned to complain, was told to order with the Chinese item on the menu , no apology or offer of correction The rice had gristle and soggy skin in it And the curry sauce had a burned flavour Only one dish was ok We have used this shop for years But won’t for a very long time , if ever again A real disappointment
Have been enjoying take away from the New Yicken for years and the food was always surprisingly good. Ordered food last night and it has definitely gone down hill and not the same at all. Bad enough that I won't be going back. Two dishes stood out as very poor, Singapore noodles and special fried rice. Overcooked and stodgy and lacking in flavour. Shame as these were always my favourites. I can only assume they have changed hands or got a new chef.

Overall nice food but have had two deliveries in different months that have taken 2 hours delivery time.Rice was cold and stodgy.Beef chewy, duck cremated. Disappointed and not enjoyable!I would like a partial refund?

Tried the New Yiken for the first time last night, was average whilst it lasted..until the food poisoning kicked in for me and my boyfriend.

Generally very nice. Very good portion sizes as tins are bursting though recently I've noticed they are taking out more meat and adding more veg.
