Food is fine is you are lucky to get your order quickly.Alas, more often than not you wait and wait and wait. Management really has to do smth with this branch, staff is chaotic and doesn't seem to know what's going on.

The female managers are so rude. The Indian lady manager treats people like they’re a total inconvenience to her & white female manager (formally worked at McDonald’s Staines) is equally as hostile. If you order at drive through, you have to repeat yourself & they will still get it wrong. This place needs staff replacement from the top down or it’ll keep failing its customers.
