The croissant tasted like rubber. I asked if it was from today and they were not sure. At least they replaced it with another croissant (that tasted like rubber too). Costa has gone down hill when it used to be my favourite place a few years ago.

I have been at this location a handful of times and I have to say that they’re not the greatest at costumer service. I ordered a coffee and it was not made correctly and I do not get the same treatment when visiting other branches. Have definitely had better Costa Coffee elsewhere.

Went there a few times in the past few years. Coffee was alright but the staff there were exceptionally cold and rude. Once they even tolerated a person (caucasian male) cut in the queue and the only person before him was me.Spoke to a friend and she had the same comment for this branch. Not sure if they’re racists or not but costa needs to lift the standard of hiring people because I’m not here for a safari tour.
