Second time here for a Birthday afternoon tea with my daughters. Love this place - so stylish and refined! Wide choice of teas, friendly service from numerous staff and if you are lucky, live piano music.

Ambience was amazing.... Great property but the food wasn't that great ...... Sandwiches and treats can be of better quality ... The tea was great.

Had afternoon tea with a friend yesterday to celebrate our birthdays.By far the best afternoon tea we've had, though a little pricy.I've also been converted to English sparkling wine. The service was second to none. What a wonderful experience and afternoon.

Afternoon tea for 5 during Christmas time.Vegetarian experience. The nice atmosphere in the orchid room is pumped by a pianist. Staff is friendly and professional. The sandwiches are tasty and well mixed. The scones come with the traditional clotted cream and strawberry jam plus lemon curd. What a surprise. The sweet pastries are delicious, too.Overall, it is very recommended. The best in the Windsor area.Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely

Had a really good day at the afternoon tea. Our waiters Nico and Max where extremly nice to us and very polite with us. Everything went on time, food and teas arived quickly and everything was delicious, really recommend the coronation chicken.

Food took a while to come, but it was tasty, particularly the elderflower macaroon. Their masala chai and the white apricot tea are particularly good. The decor is lovely and the teacups and teapots were very pretty..

I was surprised that upon requesting more scones and a new pot of tea, I was told this would usually incur an additional charge. I have frequented many of London's esteemed afternoon tea hotels inc Claridge's, F&M, The Dorchester etc but have never been told these basics would cost more. Sandwiches were okay. Service was also a bit hit and miss. Also, upon requesting a high chair, initially I was told the place was so busy that they could not guarantee finding one but my booking clearly included a 2yr old so this should never have been an issue. I wouldn't rush back.
I had a booking with friends our once in a month meet up, the afternoon tea was lovely however the service did not match the weather or the ambiance, it was terrible and when we asked for the service charge to be removed they didn’t inquire what what wrong or what they could have don’t better. Very disappointed by this.

Lovely room, great high tea, and we especially enjoyed the chap on piano which gave the afternoon a real touch of luxury.
