Refused to budge on extending check out by 1.5 hours on a Sunday; allocated a room that overlooked a noisy generator in the car park AND air conditioning units then charged an upgrade fee to move rooms as they apparently didn’t have any rooms available at the rate paid; despite the website saying that most rooms have river view - neither the original room at standard rate or the upgraded room were possible to have river view; no a la carte options for dinner due to refurb works in the hotel; only towels for one person in the room and the views around the hotel are corrupted with the works going on which should have been advised prior to arrival. In particular note that the standard room is very very small including the bed which is less than a standard double size.Noteworthy details: Check if refund works are continuing before stating

Wonderful spa area, however, was quite busy. Sauna, steam, infa red sauna, jacuzzi, pool. Not enough relaxing chairs/loungers for the number of people using the spa. Robe and slippers in your room.Buffet style food is amazing. Dinner last night, delicious, the roast beef was the best I have tasted! Thank you, Chef!Little puddings to choose from for desert, so you can have a few!!Can leave the hotel and walk along the river.Rooms spacious.

Luxury hotel stay for the night. Breakfast was buffet style , full English and a selection of pastries and fruits. Lovely location on the River. I can imagine this being even better in the summer - we went in Feb and it was cold . But still beautiful. There is spa facility's but we didn't use. Would definitely stay here

Highly recommended lovely location by the river Thames.Rooms are clean and spacious, and the restaurant is very good plenty of choice for meat eaters and vegetarians . Only one niggle very limited selection on the beers nothing on tap and a bit pricey.

The service staff in this place need to have a hard look at themselves.Everytime we come here the waiter staff roll their eyes as if they’re doing us a favour!Bought my grandchildren here & all we get is Rude, arrogant, snobby & hard nosed service.Have a word with yourself!!!Hospitality - at its absolute worst.

? We popped into the hotel for dinner this evening’s for the buffet and it was exceptional. For the quality of food, ambience and good service, the value for money is outstanding.The chefs serving the food this evening were also super friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this place for dinner or food :) our favourite dish was the panettone ?? bread and butter pudding, AMAZING ❤️

We had afternoon tea here with family. We had a great table by the window, incredible river view on one side and nice warm fireplace on the other side. They have adult’s portions as well as children’s portions. Kids ones are half price.
Handy meet up place for us heading out of Heathrow. Nice lounge area. Food very uninteresting. Lovely walk by the river. I’m sure we’ll be back though.

We had a wonderful breakfast for £18.95Friendly staff, beautiful view through the window. Quite and warm. I brought my mum for breakfast as she has her birthday today. She is happy with all the food and drinks. She likes omelets with cheese and spinach. Also mango and banana juice.
