I went to get a pizza after work on 13/12/23 and walked in politely and waited for someone to greet me. A lady doing collections/delivery asks me if it’s collection I said no thanks I would like to place and order please, she gave me the dirtiest look and rolled her eyes at meand then walked over to me. She asked me what I wanted and I said to her she rolled her eyes at me I do not appreciate that, she made excuses about how she asked me if I had a collection but how no real response to why she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t even apologise. I never normally stand up for myself but I just don’t agree with the way I was spoken to so I chose to not order and walked about to which she had nothing to say once again no apology. You have lost a customer and missed out on a large order!

Can you please stop putting leaflets though my door. It’s gone straight in the bin and people are struggling enough right now. It sounded like someone was trying to break in and don’t appreciate my privacy being invaded.

I remember a guy named Sahid it was very rude!He has a very bad atitude, like he grow up under a rock!You know that you have a very bad reputation on your location ( the reviews tell us all we need to know) because of your people.I don't see the point to give us some arguments, only excuses.We pay your salary, without us your work place and so caled business, never exist.

We needed a quick diner after spending the afternoon at Hobbledown with our 7 and 1.5 yo. We called before ordering on the app to know how long the wait was. The answer was straight forward, friendly and professional. While waiting for collection in the shop, the staff was very friendly. We had an issue on our side and they’ve fixed it for us. Excellent customer service. Food was nice ??

The pepperoni pizza ? is so good. It was very cheesy. The garlic sauce was also very good. The garlic bread is also a recommended. The most favourite thing about dominos is you can actually see how they make their pizza. They put a lot of cheese on our pizza which I liked it. But the staff is not very kind when I go there. They always talk loudly. They make me feel very rushed.

I wish there was an option for zero star. I went in with my partner to order pizza as I was hungry. The staffs paid no attention to us and completely ignored our existence. walked in and said I will like to order pizza, the staffs refused to attend to us My partner and I stood there ages without being served and eventually left in annoyance. All they cared about was preparing orders for the delivery riders. I will avoid this shop and take my money elsewhere

Would give half a star if I could extremely rude staff on phone hung up on me when I was asking a question related to allergies and paying with cash - literally just said no we don’t do cash and hung up without even saying anything - didn’t order from here in the end - scared about the pizzas we’ve received in the past if that is what they are like in there. No manners at all….

Ordered a meat feast with no onions due to an allergy to onions… pizza received had onions in it. Luckily I’m not deathly allergic so I was fine, but it’s not what I ordered for this specific reason.
