Visited roughly a week ago.Ordered via the large touch screen thingy.Once again no printer paper and now the things don't give you a number.The store was overly busy with deliveries and till didn't stop printing orders.I waited 15 mins for a hamburger and fries while other new orders were being called out.I asked 3 staff where is my food and number on their screen. Offered me a receipt even though no food.Plenty of staff but some lack of organisation or managing. Deliveries obviously the priority as more money..

Went on Saturday evening so very very busy, would recommend going on a quiter day as service can be slower than expected!

So poor, orders are so slow, staff is rude and the ice cream machine is always off but I see the staff making themselves ice cream and when I ask why can’t we buy one they say they are only for staff at the moment,Just took 25mins for a cheese burger and when I asked why it takes so long and it’s like that everyday I come in, the manager said why do you still come in then. How is this place still aloud to be so poor

Nice McDonald’s with lots of seating upstairs. Service is quite slow but maybe they were just short on staff. Use the app to order and you’ll collect reward points to redeem for more food. Nice decor with decals of street art on the walls.

If you want to wait 2 hours for the delivery of "fast food", have it turn up cold, half the food missing and melted milkshake, then this is the place for you!Customer service is awful, delivery drivers aren't (understandably) accountable, but the store itself couldn't care less.What kids don't like McDonald's, regardless mine don't want to order from here again.Absolutely shocking store management.

This place is a joke I ordered food online 1 of the products being a caramel ice cream, after eating our food my partner started his ice cream and with 3 spoons realised the ice cream had been made with banana which he is highly allergic too this is unacceptable its just lucky we had medication on hand ...... the worst part is I tried to call the epsom branch 7 times but no answer.Allergens are supposed to be a very high responsibility as it kills people and procedures are supposed to be kept due to this factIt is absolutely disgusting

Never get food delivered from here! I think I’m on my 10th order and so far they haven’t ever been able to get my order correct! Always a burger missing or I receive someone else’s order! Trying to get a refund is beyond a joke! The store just palm you off to Uber and Uber just take the piss!

Went today and ordered four hot drinks. Waited 15 minutes and then asked where order was. I was told it was "missed" and then 5 minutes later given 3 drinks.... Such a shame that the service is always poor in Epsom-a new manager may be a good idea.

Companies are inspected by EHO on a regular basis so these incidents do not happen as it can result in death. I tried to call MacDonalds Epsom 14 times to inform them of this disgusting mistake but knowone answered, again disgusting, WE HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE PROTOCOL IS KEPT AS HISTORY HAS PROVEN THESE MISTAKES TAKE LIFE'S

Easy to order from the machine. But 30 min wait for our foods for 4 of us. Chips ?, apple pie are cold. No tisu, straw and sauce provide.

I really don't get what the hype is all about for McDonald's burger, let alone the car queues that crawl to collect it. Just had a McPlant and fries: I felt the burger was thrown together, tasteless and not satisfying. The fries got cold quickly and were not easy to eat, again not satisfying. Shan't be going again soon, sooner make my own burger.

Was fine, we was happy. Needs more seating downstairs. Only 2 booths and a long tall table at window. Not great for buggies, fine if tables are available. Staff really friendly though you can see them really working hard to keep up with orders.

Placed an order at 6pm on Uber Eats and it showed delivery within 30 minutes. An hour later and 3 drivers failed the pickup. The fourth driver said its because the food is not ready. I tried to call the restaurant to find out but they didn't answer.. tried 3 times but no luck. Its now 7.30pm and I'm cancelling my order. So annoying.
