Overpriced average coffee. £4.20 for an oat milk flat white (80p was for the oat milk, which is about double what most charge!)

Bacon roll is reheated. It’s not a roll, it’s sliced very hard bread, very dry. Bacon is not bacon, more some kind of ham. Horrible

The coffee is alright, but l wouldn't go again. It's all rather rushed and impersonal at the tills, and far too noisy. No toilets either, instead you are directed to the Ashley Centre wcs at the other end of the shopping centre, which is of no use while you are a customer in Muffin Break as you would lose your table by the time you get back.

Go to muffin break roughly once a week, this week (Saturday), was a bad day for the staff. They were busy when we arrived but we got a table. We ordered and sat down. We watched orders coming out all the while our order was half done and one the try waiting for rest of the order. We eventually received cold stewed tea and cold teacakes, the only hot thing was our coffees which had only just been made. First time this has happened, hope this is not how things are going - downhill! If it happens again it will be the last time as we will not be returning.

After shopping in Ashely centre, we stopped for cappuccinos and hot chocolate which was good. The restaurant was fairly busy with one having to place orders at their counter. staff was pleasant and friendly.

Was warmly greeted, great service as usual. Very respectful to elderly customers and those with dietary requirements. Quiet and pleasant to sit down in. Great variety of food that include vegan and gluten-free options. Ordered hot drinks and cakes, the cakes are to die for, absolutely perfect! The hot drinks are good, slightly large so maybe order a small. Love the murals on the walls and the friendly chatter of staff. Great location, quiet and peaceful despite being in a high traffic area. Generally lots of space but sometimes busy.

We visited in September whilst in the Ashley Centre and were very pleased with the good food and service. My wife had a hot cheese sandwich, I had a toasted ham and cheese ciabatta sandwich and both were very tasty, washed down with delicious capacinos.

I was shopping at my local shopping centre earlier this week. Halfway through the outing our party decided to stop and have something to eat as we were peckish. So we stopped at Muffin Break where I had a tasty sausage roll and the others had cold drinks as well. I enjoyed eating my sausage roll. The food on offer is good too. If you are in the area, you must visit at least once to sample their banana cake. I recommend this popular and busy coffee shop. Service is good. The staff are professional on top of that. I certainly love eating here in addition.

Absolutely love Muffin Break! Lovely staff and the food is great, I especially like the toasted salami flatbread and the fresh smoothies, so many tasty flavours. Muffin Break was also open during a period recently when a lot of other cafes and coffee shops were closed which was great, I will continue to support this great place! :)

Lovely staff who are very efficient. Great coffee. Great cake. Great atmosphere. The only thing I’d request is more frequent/thorough cleaning of tables especially on the floor underneath the tables.

Whilst staying in Epsom we visited this place most mornings for a great tasting coffee on the recommendation of our neice. Super selection of tasty 'eats' to go with your drink whether you want sweet or savoury, there is something for you. People who run it are very nice and make sure there is a seat for you. Love the selection of hot drinks, very nice too. Highly recommend to stop in for a well-earned break while shopping. You won't be disappointed.
