Muffin break is a very nice place for a coffee or a drink good selection of coffees teas and other drinks , good choice of something light to eat while out , staff are polite and helpful .

First time visiting Muffin Break in the Ashley Centre. Great coffees and great toasties served up by friendly staff. Recommended if you are in mid shop and need a break ;-)

Great service and good quality food and drink but a little pricey I found. Ordered 2 regular hot drinks and a breakfast roll was charged over £12.00Has a nice seating area inside and outside in the shopping centre and seemed very popular but I'm not sure I'll visit again.

I ordered a cappuccino and my payment didn't go through immediately, so the waiter asked me to tap my card again. It still didn't go through so he told me to go to my table and wait. While having my coffee, I had 2 notifications on my phone to show that 2 transactions had gone from my card. I showed them to the waiter and he showed me his card machine to show that the transactions hadn't happened. At this stage, the manager intervened. A very rude person, who told me to come the next day !! I couldn't believe that he didn't trust what my app on the phone was showing. Just left the coffee on the table and walked away. The cup of coffee which I didn't drink cost me £ 7.40 !!!Never again I would go to this coffee shop. The staff but particularly the manager are very arrogant and rude. Please don't go to this place.

After walking past the store many times and seeing the Bacon & Egg roll displayed on the board outside I decided to give it a try today. Unfortunately, it wasn't much like the one in the picture. For a start, it was made with ham, not bacon, and instead of the freshly cooked runny egg as displayed it was more like a thin omelet. The cappuccino was excellent though. Bigger and better than expected.

Great little cafe and very peaceful. They offer a good choice of decent cakes and sandwiches. We enjoyed a banana cake and tasted lovely. Services was to a minimal and overall satisfactory.
