Placed an order at 6:45pm on deliveroo and it’s now 9pm and my pizza hasn’t arrived. If the restaurant is closed then they should notify deliveroo so that people can order elsewhere. Pizza express accepted the order and we’ve been waiting 2 hour +. Hungry and now nowhere is

Visited pizza Express yesterday with my daughter her husband and 3 children, we were seated on the round table by the window, seats looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down in a long time, didn’t even want to sit down to be honest, we ordered some drinks, the first waitress was a lady with glasses, very professional and polite, but not much of a welcoming, we was then served by a little guy, very grumpy, Rude, no time for us at all, looked like he didn’t even want to be there, everything seemed to be a effort for him, my grandson ( aged 6 ) asked a him a question and he walked off before my grandson could even finish the question, ( so so rude ) and the service from him didn’t get no better from there on, my daughter and her husband were amazed by this, to be honest was one of the worst places I’ve ever taken my family to eat, even after paying the bill, no thank you or bye, no thanks for coming, he just walks off, Absolutely Terrible. Worst £100.00 I’ve ever spent. 0 ⭐️I never like to leave negative feedback, I always like to praise and promote a business,( sorry guys ) not this time

My friends and I arrived and we were sat down at our table it took 45mins for any waitress to acknowledge we were there and ask us what we wanted. We finally were serviced and our starters arrived shortly after. We had to ask for our drinks because they clearly had forgotten about them. Our food came about 20 mins later. Overall was a awful experience and won’t be returning

We ate here for dinner. For my sister's birthday. The service was fantastic as a nice surprise at the end my sister got a brownie with a candle and the staff sang her happy birthday which was a nice bonus. Starters and food itself was great. I had a Vegan American Hot with dairy cheese. It was delicious. 5 stars from me and my sister.Vegetarian options: Many veggie and vegan options here. Vegan has a separate menu.
What a great place to come for dinner. The staff are very helpful and super friendly! Sat right next to the kitchen I could see that the kitchen staff were well on it… The waitresses were just on fire to be honest, so on the ball ?? Me and my family come here a fair amount and will certainly be returning. Massive thanks to all the staff here (waitresses, cleaners, kitchen staff… Everyone)… see you soon.

im terrified of this old man. he was small and rude; he rolled his eyes when we gave him a discount and when we spoke about it he aggressively said ‘its not funny’ it was indeed not funny when he rushed us to order either. would not go again.

Generic replies like "Thanks for your review" are fine, but when they all mention putting smiles on people's faces, it changes from standard, polite acknowledgement to hollow uncanny vibes. This is where something like GPT or Bard can really help. You generate responses specifically written for each review that will all be different and ironically create a better sense of a real person responding.Parking: It's in Epsom town centre, so finding free parking isn't exactly a breeze. It's within walking distance of the Ebbisham Centre car park and that cost me £4.80 for two hours or thereabouts.
