Good food for a good price. You don't get away with selling sub standard takeaways in Kingston (maybe Sutton).Although I hate Londoners with every fibre of my body, they do have better takeaways. This is a good one.

Bad delivery experience, spaghetti meatball overcooked and strange spice tasty. The Tiramisu is industrial frozen, arrived home still frozen!! Definitely This is not an Italian restaurant

Pizza - great.Delivery - quick.Web site - utterly woeful. Tried to order by phone, but the phone number on the site is wrong, so couldn't get through. Couldn't register with an email address/password so had to "sign in with google". After ordering (which was fine) received a confirmation email, but no notification of delivery time. Clicking the "where is my order" link went to a broken page. Tried to call to find out but obvs couldn't get through. Eventually drove down there (noticing the actual phone number on the outside of the store) and found out it was on the way. Delivery time was fine, but still didn't receive a notification. Thought I'd write a review to point this all out, but the "write a review" link on the email didn't work.

The food is really good, I loved it. Service was a bit poor as I was told to collect my pizza in 20 min time, went there and waited another 20 plus min. They have gluten free options as well.

I generally love the food here - I had an item missing once which has never been replaced and, on one occasion, I called out to the driver to wait as I am quite disabled now but he just moaned at me, I tried to rush and I fell over.I must have eaten their food literally hundreds of times apart from these two so I obviously love the place!!I have been in hospital for over 4 weeks and am very unwell so, this last week, now home but confined to bed, I have cheered myself up by ordering favourite dishes. I ate tagliatelle funghi porcini with extra pesto sauce, (they were out of saffron,) french fries and a fiordilatte fragole e caramelo while drinking a kit kat milkshake. Amazing comfort food!!!Everything was delicious as was the last delivery - spaghetti pesto with extra mushrooms, potato skins with mozzarella, funghi trifolate, insalata mista with balsamic dressing, ravioli con funghi, coppa straciatella and Oreo milkshake for me while calamari, calzone, garlic bread with cheese and another insalata mista for my friend.The cost is very reasonable and they are happy to substitute one ingredient for another or add an extra ingredient if available. ??????

I have been ordering from Pizzeria Roma for many years and absolutely love their food. I am vegetarian and dislike both cream and parmesan but they are always happy to adapt the ingredients or avoid them for me. I was supposed to take a friend out to an Italian restaurant for a celebration a few weeks ago but they were closed for a holiday, so we ordered everything from Pizzeria Roma that we would have eaten at the restaurant and had a lovely evening in the back garden instead. I think I actually preferred it!! My one criticism is that the prices do not match up from their online menu when one telephones in an order. Unfortunately, the online order form sometimes has an item missing which they do have so I have to order via telephone. I have told them that the £2 or £3 difference on a large order is never going to prevent me from ordering from them but I have a real fixation with numbers. Finance is my line of work and everything absolutely has to add up to the nth degree or it drives me insane!!!!

Saw this Italian place had a lot of great reviews on just-eat but was disappointed when the food arrived. I ordered theCannelloni Spinachi-Ricotta pasta and it only had boiled spinach inside with less than 5% ricotta. The sauce was not enough either plus it was unsalted. Sadly won't recommend this place.
