Raw uncooked dough on a keema naan.Unseasoned mush in a samosa.Tasteless watery Pathia.And the toughness of the lamb was a disgrace. Although it had now flavour than the chicken.Worst take away I've had in Surrey. Avoid it.Bhaji's maybe worth 3/5. Bombay potato ungradeable.

A Taste of Bengal is most certainly one of my absolute favourite places to enjoy delicious Indian cuisine, particularly on a Sunday Buffet. Each year, my family celebrate our joint Birthday's, and always choose this restaurant due to the excellent choice of food, the hospitality, and the atmosphere of this friendly, family orientated place to dine. There is a variety of choices and it's nice to pick and choose, and to mesh flavours together, a favourite is the Saag Aloo along with a mixture of Chicken Korma and Chicken Tikka Masala, mixing it with sauces provided at the table such as mint sauce and mango chutney. Within moments of arriving everyone is always very happy and enjoying Prosecco and you are in the party atmosphere from the get go! I would highly recommend A Taste Of Bengal to families, particularly on a Sunday Buffet, for a more intimate night, try an evening during the week or weekend where you can choose from their main menu which is superb! Arrived for a late Sunday lunch just before 3:00 as advertised opening hours declared they were open all afternoon. I was turned away and told to come back at 5:30. I went for a pizza across the street instead.

If you enjoying someone rattling around cutlery so loud that you can’t hear what the person across from you is saying then I recommend the Taste of Bengal. One of the fellas in there decided that after serving us our food it was the perfect time to go and hand dry all the cutlery on the table next to us, causing an absolute racket. When we asked him to stop, he didn’t & just carried on like nothing had happened. Luckily managed to get someone else’s attention for the bill over the deafening sound of cutlery crashing around. The owner even had the cheek to ask if I wanted to add a service charge onto the check.

We love this curry house and come as a family every week. The curries are great and taste so authentic. The staff are lovely and very friendly. Always such nice food and service, it is our favorite place to go for food. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice curry house. The owners are so nice and the food has so much flavor! We come every week = 5 stars everytime, I’d give 6 stars if I could!
