“Great little place. Nice beer and friendly people. The weather determines this place as it's on Claygate Station and doesn't have an inside area but a gazebo can be erected if necessary. The landlord Alex is a nice chap. Will definitely be back ??”

“This pub provided us with a very pleasant eating experience. We arrived and were able to park in the adjacent car park, walked through the pretty arbour to the garden with seating, and a marquee. The pub itself had a welcoming fire and the pleasant staff served us our lunch. MI had the sea bream which turned out to be delicious, and my husband declared his gammon dish to be excellent. We will certainly return.”

“We had a superb Sunday lunch at The Wheatsheaf in Esher. A really lovely pub and staff with food to match. A slightly long wait before our food order was taken but the staff were very busy. One point to consider is the pub car park was full so you might have to find a space on the green or in the civic centre car park off the High Street. Otherwise a fantastic pub and lunch. Highly recommend "The Wheatsheaf"Dietary restrictions: My daughter is Dairy and Soya intolerant and this was catered for with her Sunday roast chicken lunch.Parking: The car park was full , so there are a few free spaces on the green otherwise the high Street civic centre car park is available close by 10 minute walk.Kid-friendliness: Child friendly and dog friendly area's available.”
