We visited the hotel for a breakfast brunch as a few locations wouldn’t accept the dogs not even our new puppy. The reception staff Reine & Ganye made us feel so welcome by explaining that breakfast had finished, but they were able to offer a Sunday roast from 12 o’clock. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant however they did allow us to sit at the bar with the dog even offered the puppy a blanket. The roast was amazing and the service by cat at the bar made it extra special. A big thank you to all the staff really made our day, will most definitely be back again.Food & drinks: Great meat and Yorkshire puddings

Stayed at The Bush overnight for business. The hotel is as you’d expect for a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was good, service was friendly and ideally located close to local shops. However, the pillows in the room were dreadful and very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Two mattresses joined together was also very noticeable when sleeping, adding to the sleep deficit. My towel hangar on the toilet door fell off which was actually quite dangerous. Overall, a disappointing stay.

Location central to Farnham which is great and parking easy. Maybe it was just us but we didn’t find staff engaging, didn’t feel particularly welcome, few problems with room which were rectified but at no point did anyone apologise, which would have been a reasonable expectation. Bathroom was great though but we wouldn’t stay again.

We had our Christmas afternoon tea there and it was superb. Everyone was so very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The selection of food was delicious and there was lots of it. The scones were so good! Can honestly recommend wholeheartedly. Will be going back to try lots more. Thank you so very much.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bedroom with great shower. Excellent Christmas Dinner. Fantastic full English breakfast!

The Bush is such a great place to go and eat, meet friends, and stay. It's in the middle of Farnham, so the location is absolutely perfect, and Farnham is a beautiful historical town to visit.The Bush is within walking distance of all the shops, the train station, and also the castle.The food is amazing, and the people that make up the place are so friendly and always go the extra mile. The newly refurbished function room is absolutely beautiful! You will not be disappointed!

Allocated room on 3rd floor. In party of 70+ year olds attending a function! NO LIFT despite over 40 rooms on second and third floor. Our rooms and corridor had been recently attractively redecorated and carpeted but the bathroom, particularly the shower desperately needed modernising. Overall a disappointing visit.
