Popped in for breakfast. Staff were attentive and helpful. Trays and tables could have been a little cleaner but otherwise a nice quiet place to spend an hour.

Not the best Costa. Had to strain my hearing as wear hearing aids to hear my panini being called out. No offer of any sauces. Which would have been nice. Nice panini.Vegetarian options: There were a few veggie options.Kid-friendliness: Babies were at the back of the premises. Not dotted around

Ordered an iced cappuccino but got served a hot cappuccino. Told the barista .he couldn't be bothered and said he couldn't get me an iced cappuccino. Am having to drink a drink I dodnt order. Poor customer service and feeling really upset.

I have working in Farnham for the last 23 years. Have enjoyed my morning Costa coffee Latte from the Farnham branch. I must admit though over the last 2 months the place has deteriorated with regards to quality of service, not being opened, fridges broken, no fresh food, seating areas closed. I have never seen a business deteriorate so badly over the last couple of months. They have had a new manager start around about then which makes me think this certainly is the problem. Nice enough person but I can only speak as I find. Arrived this morning and noticed the new manager in the shop just finished serving a young girl and her two young children. The door was locked and when I knocked on the door the manager said she was closed, what at 8.10 a.m. in the morning having already served someone already. Thank goodness there is a Cafe Nero's around the corner in Castle street. where they are always open on time in the morning, great staff and customer service and fresh produce. I will be moving to Cafe Nero for sure.
