Ocha is based inside a Chinese takeaway (Sakura, separate name on maps). Had the mango strawberry yoghurt and flaming cream cheese. Both were delicious, one of the best bubble teas around in flavour and price! Staff were friendly and prepared our drinks quickly. Will definitely come back and try their takeaway food too!
Best bubble tea shop in the area. We only discovered this recently and cannot stop going back. I highly recommend the pineapple tea, no sugar, less ice and rainbow bubbles. Furthermore, the service is always with a smile and the cost is very affordable.

Decided to try this place out after seeing the reviews and I can say they do serve really delicious authentic bubble tea! I'm usually so picky with but I really enjoyed their drinks they had a great range of options. I got the mango pomelo sago and mango strawberry yoghurt.
