Spent a few hours working here, good Wi-Fi and modern building. Better than the Starbucks nearby in Sainsburys. Service was a slow for a standard white coffee (5mins) probably due to drive thru being prioritised.

Coffee is standard Starbucks coffee. Moderate selection of food and snacks available.The biggest issue with this particular one is that it is in need of a refurbishment. Most of the chairs are stained and there was a whole area cordoned off.

On 21/01/2023 aprox 2pm my daughter, grand-daughter and I popped into your store.We were initially just stopping to have a drink while giving the baby her bottle, the staff were amazing very friendly and the service was very swift. The seated area was very clean and inviting.So after having our drink we decided to stop of a bite to eat too.Well done all.Kid-friendliness: We had no issues.Parking: Massive car park so no problem parking.

Service was absolutely appalling. Jessica who served us was too busy talking to another customer who she knew about her car & was swearing. She ended up spilling coffee all over the plate because she wasnt concentrating & then accused my partner of being rude when he asked for a clean plate. When asked for a clean plate she tutted & abruptly said gimme a minute. This service was absolutely disgusting, she had no interest in us as customers & if i was the manager i would have sacked her due to her rudeness.
Every time I visit this Starbucks it feels like I’m intruding on the staff who seem more occupied with chatting than they do serving. The waiting time for coffee is ridiculous, and staff aren’t allocated efficiently. I genuinely hate it there, I just love the coffee.

Turned up on a Sunday early afternoon for something for lunch. Now we all know Starbucks is needlessly expensive which would be fine if it were a delightful experience. But this wasn't the case. I counted 10 tables that were unoccupied but which hadn't been cleared away, so there was nowhere clean to sit. It was way too cold to be comfortable anyway and the music was too loud and obtrusive. In short I couldn't wait to leave. The only reason it isn't a 1 star review was because the two staff I spoke with were friendly and gracious.

Went to this Starbucks in Farnham which is actually inside the Sainsbury’s store which is very easy and convenient to grab a coffee after you have done a bit of shopping and in fact I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times. On this occasion I I happen to to be served by a nice man who took my order and was delightful! My coffee wasn’t amazing however it is Starbucks but the cake was great and wasn’t squashed in the bag like some stores I’ve been to. I’ll make sure I come here more often as I’m passing through.The Starbucks was clean and it seemed as if the only visible member of staff had taken care to make sure the tables where wiped and no trash left on the surface and cups had been collected so it was comfortable to sit.Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

Even though there were a few people in front of me, the barista got through the orders quickly and the coffee is good despite the larger sizes being cheaper than regulars I've ordered from other places.

Very slow at the drive through. Waited over 7 minutes for 3 coffees . Not very busy either about 3 cars waiting. Young girl laying her head down on the counter where drinks / food prepared . Rude , not very pleasant staff. If you want a quick coffee with a smile avoid this particular Starbucks in Farnham
