We visit the Peacock lodge most weeks for lunch. Nice food and big menu with various dishes. The menu consists of a large selection of Indian dishes and pub favourites. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Good car parking areas.

Busy Friday evening when we visited. Hadn't booked but had a choice of tables - we did eat about 6.30 ish tho' Overwhelming choice of food on 3 separate menus Pub Food/Indian/Hotdogs etc. Food was lovely, served nice and hot and great value. Had to chase up for our drinks but food arrived timely after that.

I booked for a retirement/70th Birthday for 28 of us, everybody had a great time , the food was delicious, there was a mixture of Sunday roasts/Indian/English ,there is a huge choice on the menu , and big portions. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, if you haven’t been before, you must try .

Should be No 1 in Lingfield!! Excellent food. What a selection and large.portions Wonderful friendly staff. Owned by The Parsons Pig near Crawley which is also excellent, where we used to go but has become too busy and the Peacock Lodge is just around the corner for us. Would not go anywhere else.
Always have a great meal here. Also meal sizes are impressive. Happy to recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We booked here for lunch before going to the evening races at Longfield racecourse. There were five of us, including my 82yr old mum. She asked whether they could cook the king prawn pasta without chilli and they said they could, so we knew that the food was freshly cooked. Theee of us had the Indian platters, which were really scrummy and excellent value for money. The service was excellent and they were very attentive. Would come back and would recommend.. lovely menu and excellent value

Pre-booked on line, glad we did as it was busy. Super service from the minute we walked through the door. Menu choice was a bit overwhelming as there were 3 to choose from. Everyone in my party decided to go for the Indian menu and wow, we all felt one of the best we ever had. Full of flavour, freshly cooked and came hot on hot plates. Would definitely return if every back in area.
