Delivery times are a joke. Cold when it arrived. Absolutely ridiculous service levels.

Popped in for some fast food, chips and curry sauce, place was packed, customers sitting down, playing games on their phone..sat down, and realised, this ain't fast food...I was in a hurry, didn't need to warm up, dry out or catch up on jewel blast, so immediately realised a really long wait, for just chips and gravy..asked the woman , how long, ooh, um, you have lots of people in front of you ..I asked for my money back.I've worked in plenty of xhip shops, mainly up north, and having to wait for just a portion of chips and curry sauce, is a big no no...you get these quick orders out of the way, it's simple.She seemed really miffed at this idea...hence why there were shed loads of customers waiting around, in a fast food joint.Couldn't make this stuff up.Even in Guildford, they get the jist of this, simple, ingenious idea...serve the chip only portions, quickly, as it's a fast food takeaway chip shop.Guess cos you have the monopoly around Milford, you don't car.Me, I won't be back, to sit around, for slow food service.I gave 2 stars, as the amount of waiting customers, must mean their food is ok.....?Ah, deliveroo...this is why the walk in customer, is made to wait.Seriously, fish and chip delivery....can't stay hot, and soggy batter perhaps...

Ordered on Deliveroo, bad idea. Given, it was a Friday night, but 90 mins later and it was completely cold. To be fair the food was very good once reheated, we’ll give it another go but pick it up ourselves next time.

Wanted a take away of 1 senior and 1 medium cod with chips. Went to collect as it’s a takeaway establishment. Partner and I live 6 minutes away. Dished up immediately at home. We noticed the fish batter wasn’t entirely cooked - quite soggy. Taste was different from previous versions of the same product. Worst part of the meal was the rancid taste and smell of the oil the food must have been cooked in. Two hours after eating some of the food we both had indigestion and felt nauseated. Not great for an establishment that has in the past produced quality. Have you changed your head chef by any chance. If not then consider reviewing quality control.

Chips were fine, but beware the images on their website. The burgers are all shown with salad, but the reality is that you're given a dry burger in a dry bun with no salad garnish.

Received a call from their number but was driving. Left me a blank voicemail. Called the number back and got a guy just saying hello one minute please over and over again. Asked who they were and he said "none of your business"! So rude! Had to Google number to find out who was calling me.
