Beware that some of the pumps only dispense Shell's premium petrol and not the regular stuff, with no signs above the pump to make this obvious. I stupidly assumed that since it was the only petrol option, it was the regular stuff and got a nasty surprise when I went to pay. When I complained to the cashier about the lack of transparency, I received a dismissive response - he then proceeded to mock my mistake to the next customer. If any pump doesn't dispense the product that is advertised on entry to the forecourt, this should be clearly displayed above the relevant pump to help customers make the correct selection. Staff should also receive training on how to handle dissatisfied customers. I will be avoiding this place in the meantime.

Closed 21:45 cashier says they always close 5 minutes early. So I showed him my watch and said it's nearly 15 minutes early and he said yes we always close early. So I updated the closing time on Google maps to help assist others looking for petrol and update their closing time

Worst petrol prices in the area, the shop is tiny. If you can go anywhere else, do that! The nearest other petrol station is in blindley heath and usually quite a bit cheaper

Had a vehicle stuck ( nonstart ) after filling up at the pumps . Staff were foul mouthed & extremely rude . Do not use this garage . Horrible individuals .

Big sign on door said "maximum of 3 people inside at a time" you have no way of knowing how many are inside until you open the door and count them yourself, when I did there were 5 people inside.
