Ive been going to Alex's cafe since 2014 when I worked in Guildford. My friend and I would go there most lunch breaks to get away from the office. Neither of us work in Guildford any more but often when we go for a catch up lunch we choose this venue, and it's lovely that Alex and his wife still recognise us and stop and have a chat.Great owner, great staff.

Great food served by efficient and friendly staff in a bustling cafe.It’s always clean as tidy and the choice of food is huge. The food is always served promptly and looks just as good as the photos they have up unlike lots of other places.

Gorgeous breakfast, and delicious fresh squeezed orange juice. Fairly priced and friendly service from all the staff.Wheelchair accessibility: There was no step going in, doors would be wide enough, and the seating was not crowded.

Came in yesterday for a Breakfast it was 1st class lovely food served hot .star of the plate for me was the mushrooms. Ill be back for more . Excellent coffee aswel. Speedy polite service in clean and tidy surroundings.
Sorry I know another boring 5* review...We've been here since 2006, seen the place grow and flourish. From hung over recovery breakfasts (uni days) to brunch with the family.It's a friendly atmosphere, food is good and nice size portions. When you do something for this long you get pretty good at it, and they are.They put TLC into the food and customer service.Most importantly... Good coffee!Recommended to friends and family. Hope to continuing to visit for the next 20 years ?
