“We had a really lovely Greggs employee who was so polite, helpful and friendly. We sadly didn’t take their name down but they were on duty on Saturday afternoon around 4 pm, South Asian. You know who you are and we would like to thank you for your service!! We needed oat milk which sadly Greggs doesn’t serve, not through the coffee machine at least, but they tried their best to help with suggestions and ideas. They informed us of the coffee + pizza deal. Overall, a good experience and I think they should be commended for their customer service skills.”
