Food is really awful. Fresh chips mixed with one's cooked earlier and fried again, so now hollow and tasting burnt. The nachos are cold and disgusting but the menu suggests fresh guacamole (I'm sure it was fresh out of the tub)I'm not sure about the food hygiene either as the guy making the food has full-length dreadlocks that were not tied behind his shoulders but did have a hat on. So that's OK! Save your money

Beyond disappointed.I remember Burrito Loco in its prime, back when it was within Guildford Town.It has been a few years since then, as they moved to Guildford Spectrum and we just never visited the spectrum. So I was SUPER excited when we went to visit today, after swimming. When Burrito Loco was within Guildford Town, it was lovely little place, you essentially made your own Burrito by picking your fillings fresh from a counter. Now? Now it's just a basic bland menu, barely more than 4 different options. You cannot pick your own anymore, they don't even serve their beautiful beef brisket as a filling anymore! No refried beans, nothing!I was already gutted over this, but gave them a chance, I ordered their Loaded chips, and even paid an extra whole £2 for Guacamole on top. Guacamole that was basically still a whole piece of avocado because they hadn't smashed it up properly. The food was tasteless, bland. Like.. I can't even stress how devastating it is to visit a place that once had the best food in the area, become so SO bad. I miss the old Burrito Loco, that was full of taste and well worth the money.Today we paid £40+ for some soggy chips topped with dry pork, sad quacamole , some nachos (Which were fine) and a Burrito that was thin, dry and tasteless... and possibly some food poisoning.

I had previously reviewed burrito loco when they were based in the town center, they were one of if not the best fast food available in Guildford, it was all hand made to order in front of you and the quality was sublime.Visiting the spectrum for the first time with our young kids came with the added excitement of being able to get a burrito for the first time since they moved.Unfortunately they have abandoned everything about what made them so good, nothing is to order and the food was bland and tasteless. This has to be the absolute worst transformation I have ever seen from a food establishment

You eat at this fast food joint for convenience, not for the taste. We ordered the Signature Burrito, Burrito Rice Bowl, and the High Protein Burrito. The rice were not well cooked, with some bits still hard. I think the burritos need to be infused by default with guacamole and sauces because it just tasted bland and dry.We did not expect much when we ordered, but even so, we were disappointed. Barely palatable.

Food was okay, but blimey the place was messy. Very few clean tables, bits of food all over the place and whole place looked dirty. Also charging £1 for a bit of extra hot sauce is daylight robbery.

Saturday night. The single worst excuse for tacos I have ever experienced. The driest, chewiest chicken I have ever tried to eat. The pulled pork in the burger was almost inedible. Chips were tolerable. For the money it was an absolute joke.

Took ages for every order. The food was at least good when it came.
