Never too busy, and window seats especially good looking out over high street. Fantastic service today from Stuart. I had an issue with a coffee, and he sorted it no probs. Highly recommend!

Service was dead slow but understandable as there were 2 trainee baristas and no one supervising them.We waited for ages to get our hot drinks and the coffee was average to say the least even though it was the new variety they were recommending, clearly trying to get rid of it!

This Nero has always been our favourite, the staff and the manager are absolutely amazing as always. Theses guys never miss a beat. Floor is always clean, queue is always fast and drinks are always good. We’ve never had an issue with this shop. And we’ve seen they’ve recently won a “customer service award” which is well deserved! Best. Nero. In. Town.

Well if you are lucky enough to get a window table in this mock Georgian (?) building. It's rare to find a House of Fraser store these days. Guildford is knee deep in good coffee houses, so you would probably only come to this one if you were visiting the store anyway. Excellent Cortado twinned with a delicious Soft Bun with Mozzarella and Tomato. Hayling Seagoon

Forgot about this cosy Nero inside House of Fraser. Away from the hustle of the busy town. Staff are lovely, lots of spacious cosy seating and a tad quieter than the main high street!

Love having coffee here & spending great chilled out time with family
Comfortable cafe with plenty of space for groups, with variety of chair/table styles. Great cakes, flapjacks, paninis, and other snacks, hot and cold. Coffee is pretty good.

Patient and efficient service, great food, both hot and cold. BLT sandwich is a highlight as well as a range of desserts and pastries. Overall great experience to behold.

The spot where I go when my wife is shopping. Nice place to relax and have a coffee.

How very disappointing lunch was in this place. Filthy disgusting tables. If you can find any without dirty plates stacked on them it's a miracle. Absolutely awful.
