I went in and asked for a chicken bake , was given a sausage and bean bake , went back in and was given the exact same sausage and bean bake again, if I was allergic this cab be deadly , and the food was stone cold.will not return again

I go for this shop for more than 5/6 years I always have my coffee morning and my savoury there in that shop, excellent service and food, strongly recommended as a good shop to visit I can have around 2/3 coffee during my working day.Very nice team and good shop in Guildford my best choice for a morning coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: They have good access to the shop entrance

Most of the time it’s fast service but once in awhile with trainee at the counter it can take 5 mins just to order coffee. Vegan pasties and croissants and sandwich are all served
Food is always fresh and most of the time warm. Staff are rude and didn’t think of telling me I couldn’t pay cash until after they’d completed my transaction. Not the first time I’ve had rude service either.

I ordered food by just eat order take 1:20 hours when rider arrives he told me the staff of Greggs is unprofessional, they don’t care about costumer at home, the driver waited 40 minutes inside the restaurant and no employee even looked at him.

I would give 5* as I really like Greggs , but ... the lady who was serving was so unprofessional , very rude to all customers . Never has happened in the past but this branch is definitely a NO NO for me , won't coming back .
