The members of staff were fantastic and gave great recommendations for how to make the perfect hotel chocolate or lattes. Make sure to have the VIP card before you visit to take advantage of the bundle deals.

Although small, it sells most of the Hotel Chocolat range, including their taster "Selector" range where you can try six identical individual chocolates - perfect for indulging in your favourites! All of their Sleekster range come with free sleeves (on request) for special occasions such as Christmas, birthdays and anniversaries. A perfect place for a special present.

Visited the woking branch, manager naomi. Excellent service, called guildford and the manager put the product I needed aside for me. Both managers were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Tried going a few months ago to use a discount code and the store clerk locked us out in the middle of the day so she could make a phone call. She saw us waiting outside, turned her back, took her call into the back room, and didn't return. Very unimpressed and will not be returning to this location.

Very good service checked that they had it in stock online, “out of stock” so when I walked in the had it Salted Caramel and Mandarin. If you have a VIP card you get a £5 discount on your birthday ??
