“A very comfortable cozy place where you want to return! We enjoyed our dinner in a pleasant environment with songs from the 60's. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and waiters with smiles and nice uniforms. Our dishes ( duck breast, risotto verde) ?were delicious with rich flavours. I recommend!”

“Honestly, I couldn't fault our experience.Incredibly friendly and attentive staff/management; seemed to genuinely enjoy having customers and engaged with them all throughout...a rare display these days.Amazing value for money because the size of the main dishes are immense. You'll definitely leave fully and happy.Food quality was very good, really tasty dishes and lots of choice. We had starters, main and desserts, and had no complaint on any of them.I'd also say the place was buzzing with activity and sound.Would definitely go back.Parking: Large free car park next to the restaurant.”

“Visited Olivo for a pre theatre dinner. Service was attentive but not intrusive, with a generous helping of humour. Food was delicious and pipping hot (when it should have been). The garlic bread was superb and worth having that on it's own as a snack; although even better dipped into the lasagne sauce. The only slight fly in the ointment (but I've not marked them down because of it) was that the wine was a tad expensive, even for the more basic wine. We haven't been for a while and not sure why this is but we will be coming back; albeit maybe just for a sober visit!”

“A very welcoming restaurant. A roaring fire, friendly dogs, gentle chatter and quiet background music. Excellent atmosphere and very friendly staff.Food was good and well presented but was a little bland. Lasagna was good quality but it would have completed the dish with a little side salad. Carrot soup was by far the best part. Price was in keeping with the area, but would have been high anywhere else.Yes, I would recommend this restaurant. Thank you.”

“Absolutely amazing from start to finish. The food was the best we have ever experienced at a pizza express and the atmosphere was lively in the best way. But put all that aside the service was by far the best I have EVER experienced!! And having worked for the ivy myself I can certainly say that Gabi ( our waitress ) was amazing !! She was super quick for every element but more so her personality was kind, personable with just the right amount of chat!She was a joy and again the best waitress I’ve had! Fantastic”

“Would have given a 5 for food as it was delicious, but one of the mains, vege ravioli was about 6 mouthfuls and gone for £16! Everything else, great!”
