The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. However, the sitting area felt a bit cramped due to its small size. Overall, it was a great dining experience, but it would be even better with a more spacious seating arrangement.

Really generous portions and friendly staff. Loads of options too. A bit pricey but worth it for a filling asian meal.

Always great fresh food here. I normally have katsu curry with noodles and extra sauce. Always really hot and lots of it. Highly recommend if you want to grab a quick and cheeky lunch. Very filling so it normally does me for dinner too. Price is decent for the amount you get. Staff are always nice.

Unbeatable value, the portions are unreal. The shop is a tiny soo it’s hard to eat in but the service is quick and the food is great. 10/10

Dirty cheap - amazingly delicious. That's all you need to know to choose this place.

Kokoro offers really tasty food - speedy service and all the staff here are genuinely so lovely. I’ve never had a bad experience here!

Great sushi and hot food. Not too cheap but for sushi at this quality. it isn't insanely overpriced. Would recommend to anyone going to Guildford

Tasty, not had this before and it was delicious. We always end up eating at other food chains when we have visited shopping malls but decided to have a change and was happy we did. We had sweet and sour chicken and noodles, lovely and left me feeling full for quite some time.

Fresh tasty food, especially the sushi rice and wakame salad. Friendly team happy to serve. Could have more stools inside even with the limited space inside. Also, why have a sign that says 'Cash only'. 4 customers read the sign and left in 10 minutes. They DO take card, but cash is preferred.

I ordered udon and chicken which were both raw. I also ordered chicken and rice the chicken was as hard as rock. I used to buy the same meal here but suddenly the taste and quality of the food dropped, I think the staff in the kitchen changed, the food is awful now.

Tasty takeaway, Japanese style, fresh food, not much waiting time. Recommended

Our first shopping trip to Guildford and we were struck with hunger and opted for the nearest place which happened to be Kokoro (in the shopping precinct Food Court). The place was clean and the portions given generous. The spring rolls were very nice - light and crisp and not at all oily. My partner has Chicken Katsu with noodles and I opted for Sweet Chilli Chicken with rice. The portions were generous but they are very cheap cuts of meat - fatty and chewy, despite the sauce trying to do a good job to disguise this. It was not bad for £25 with a couple of drinks, but very average and, if you're picky about your meat I would not recommend.

Poor. Very poor.Had the sweet chilli chicken today and the chicken was hard, burnt covered in sauce."You can't put lipstick on a dog and send it for a date"

Had the sweet chilli chicken - 80% of the chicken pieces were grey / black and gristly / chewy, clearly the most horrendous pieces of meat just covered in batter. Cost £8 for a small pot of this chicken and rice, complete rip off.
