This McDonald's gives you the best drive-thru service. I come with my colleague 3 to 4 times in a week and we always get excellent service by the crew members who takes care of the drive-thru service. I would like to give out a huge shout out to Veneeta Chand who greets us most mornings and remembers my name. Her customer service goes beyond what you would expect from a fast food restaurant.

Slow slow slow and soulless place. Food is average as it’s a mixture of cold and warm. Hate the serving hatch style, at least in old McDs you could see your food and more importantly staff. Here they just appear occasionally from backstage. Finally orders arrive in a random order, even if you’re number 2 most likely to be served after order 25!

A very modern feel to this one . The abundance of self service screens really tells you how busy this place must get.Small impression when you enter but its bigger than it looks with ample seating upstairs.Food was all fine and to the standard you expect.

Went through the drive through of this place saying "Hello" over and over again and no one answered the intercom for about 10 minutes. I then proceeded to drive through to the window to see if anyone was there.They didn't have an answer as to why no one was answering and told me to drive back around. I demanded they take my order there and then. They had to grab their manager just to take an order of a couple small items.They tell me to pull forward and I pull just to the right in the waiting area. I literally sat there for 20 minutes and not a single sound. I literally had to walk to the drive through window and stand there waiting for the order I had paid for. Funny thing is there were 2 other groups that had to do the exact same thing.Never drive through this place unless you want half an hour of your time wasted.
Consistently terrible service, combined with blatant dishonesty of falsely marking all orders as picked up while two dozen or more people are standing and waiting. If you go to point out that the screen removed your order 15 mins ago, the staff rudely tell you to wait to be called.Can't decide what's the worst bit - utterly slow speed, blatant dishonesty, or shameless rude behaviour.
