Family visited for my daughter's birthday. We enjoyed the Butterfly chicken breast, sewers, baked sweet potatoes, Perri Rice, fresh fruit drinks, chocolate and Cheese cakes. Service was welcoming, pleasant and patient as we ordered. Our server, Cecile, checked in with us during the meal and at the end. Always enjoy dining at Nandos.

We were slow to be seated, but the food was nice as expected Nandos are always consistent across their restaurants just wish they served halal chickens across more of their restaurants.

So I get its a 'eat it and get out' kinda place but sadly its how you are treated. I was told to sit on a stool that was very uncomfortable (Im 60). I wasnt asked if that was ok. So when i moved obviously an issue. Then it was my fault apparently that I should have said when booking. How should I know? Waitress continued to make out it was my fault and i was 'lucky' another table was available. Nandos 'especially Guildford' will be lucky to see me again. 2 of us so a table is potential loos of bums on seats right, forget comfort. I know im just one of thousands as you will always be busy right? Interestingly you share bad experiences more than the good ones! And I did share and got similar feedback. Shame.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant on 23 Nov 2023 at 4pm. I placed an order through the Nando's app for collection after a day of Christmas shopping. As I was carrying several large bags, I decided to use the seat by the counter to wait for my order.Despite arriving at the restaurant on time, I was kept waiting for an additional 15 minutes beyond the estimated pickup time. During this time, a group of dine-in customers arrived. An Asian-looking female employee approached me and asked if I would mind standing up and waiting by the door, despite the fact that the restaurant was relatively empty and there were many other seats available.This employee then proceeded to prioritize packing orders for Deliveroo customers, completely ignoring my presence and consistently displaying a dismissive attitude. I was appalled by her behavior and felt that I was being treated as a lesser customer simply because I had chosen to order my food for collection.I am a loyal Nando's customer and have always been satisfied with the service I have received at other branches. However, my experience at your Guildford restaurant has left me feeling deeply disappointed and undervalued. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that all customers, regardless of their order type, receive the same level of respect and consideration.Please do provide your staff with sufficient training on customer service and cultural sensitivity.

I feel like I’m transported to a magical place, and want to start planning a trip to somewhere tropical after eating a good chicken. Service was good too. Thank you Nandos for making my night a little more magical.
