Absolutely amazing what can I say. Been very well updated with new decor very nice relaxed atmosphere the staff very very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food what can I say first class authentic food enjoying all food we had we even took some home with us. Very tasty and would highly recomend for family friends and social gatherings. Please if you get a chance give this newly owned place a go you won't be disspaointed. Please excuse new photos.. Pictures don't do justice for this newly taken over.. Good luck and all the best.. The best Indian meal I've had in ages. Easy free parking nearby. Fantastic service from very knowledgeable staff. Decor being updated shortly. This is a new favourite for us!

The dinner arrived 40 minutes late this is not the go to red rose of the last 10 years the food was poor vegetables over cooked this is the last time I will order from them

Ordered by their website and received a confirmation email. Waited an hour and nothing arrived. I called the restaurant and they hadn't received my order. The guy said "oh yeh, orders aren't coming through tonight for some reason"! He said they could take the order over the phone but I'd have to pay again. At that point I went elsewhere and I won't ever be using the Red Rose again. Ruined our evening.

Have been here multiple times over the last 15 years, and also ordered several deliveries. Never previously had any issues. However tonight I ordered a delivery and had an email confirmation that it would be delivered by 7pm. I called at 7.30pm to see what was happening as nothing had arrived. It took 7 minutes for the phone to be answered and they asked for my surname. They said nothing had been ordered by that name. I asked if they could search by postcode as I had an email confirmation and they said they would check with the manager. They then hung up on me. I should have checked recent reviews as it looks like it is under new management and clearly gone downhill.

As a regular for 18 years,we are very Sadat the way it has gone down hill.no longer welcoming with a no care attitude.we have tried 3 times since change of ownership to give it a chance but sadly will not be returning.our curry tasted wrong so it was taken back ,meanwhile everything else left cold on the table ,no clean plates offered and charged full,price to boot.

I was hungry and went to get some food, the girl just walked towards front door and said we have tables but kitchen is busy. Basically she meant go away. What a first impression. Pathetic.
Ordered a takeaway for a Saturday night for 4 people.Arrived at the prescribed time to collect and then had to wait 20 minutes.The restaurant was about 30% full at 8pm on a Saturday night, you can draw your own conclusions from that.Food was very average and just about cooked through. The chicken in our meals was cut into rough chunks a good 3 inches square, far to large in my opinion. The Bombay potatoes were barely cooked and you could still taste raw onion.The service was good and very polite and the restaurant itself well presented, but the food let's it down unfortunately.

Had a takeaway. Always courteous, and my lamb biryani was excellent. Saved the other half and had it the next day! Update: had a takeaway 16 December 2023 - very oily and leaked into the bag. Sadly the biryani sauce was drowned in oil. It felt like their usual cook/staff might not have been there. Not to their usual standard.

Third takeaway under the new management. The first had e errors in the delivery. The second disappointed because the food seemed dull, but I thought I'd try once more and really disappointed again. Lacked flavour, spice and really disappointed, bring back the old chef, this is very poor.
