AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! If me and my husband could give 0 stars we would! They put our order down for collection when I asked for it to be delivered during the ordering process. My husband and I do not drive and have to rely on public transport, so it will cost £16 to get there and £16 to get back!!! With the cost of living being up, people do not have the money to waste! Thank you Subway Bedford Road, that’s £29.16 you have taken from my husband absolutely disgusting!!! This place is a terrible place very unhelpful, rude staff who instead of helping customers with their problems, they hang up the phone!!! Only reason we went to this Subway is because the one opposite us was closing for the evening, otherwise we would’ve ordered from that one as the staff there are brilliant and are in no way incompetent! They have lost our service, will not be ordering from here ever again!!!

£8.29 for a Meal deal now (Standard Wrap+Cookie+Coffee). Absolutely scandalous. When I questioned why it was so expensive now she stated supplier prices had gone up. Laughable really when you work out how little it costs to fill a wrap since it’s 90% salad anyway. Had the cheek to charge 30p extra for me opting a coffee instead of a soft drink as well. Wasn’t allowed to use the washroom. Was told to use the loo in Shopping centre. Considering how much I’ve just been ripped off the least you could do is let me use the loo! It’s really shocking the prices and poor service we all now have to put up with. Never using this or any other sub way again.

Last couple of times I went here I had a bad experience. The first time the staff member serving got my order wrong, spoiling my lunch. When I brought this to their attention I got a stock response telling me they would do better next time.On the second visit I was charged extra for some onions despite the sign clearly stating that salad was included at no extra charge. At no point did anyone flag what I was asking to be added was charged extra. I didn't realise until after I had paid, and then when I asked for my money back I was refused. To add insult to injury my loyalty points weren't added due to the machine being broken so they said they would give me a receipt to redeem them. This was a lie.When I complained via social media I was simply told they would not deal with me and I had to complain directly to the restaurant. Of course I get yet another stock response from them about doing better. No restitution was offered either for the added charge or the missed points.After this experience I'm done with Subway, and I'd strongly advise you to avoid them also.

I love Subway food. As an American, I used to enjoy Subway submarine sandwiches in America long before they were available in the UK.Parking: Parking without paying is not possible, so you should factor this in with the cost of your order.

Very Nasty!!!!!!!Walked in to buy a salad, the male Indian guys was cleaning and using his cellphone at the same time. He only changed the glove on his right hand and and then proceeded to use both hands to make the salad. I asked him to change the other glove as well, he proceeded to tell me it’s clean?. Then proceeded further to tell me I’ve upset him and asked his female colleague to serve me. I told him not bother, I’m never coming back and walked out.Just nasty!! Trying to make us all sick by spreading germs. ?

Just visited Subway, Bedford Rd, Guildford. Tuesday evening 11:45pm. Ordered a foot long Pizziola on Italian bread, asked for it toasted, can't have been in the machine more than 15 seconds because it was cold when I got it. Foot Long Subway Sandwich and 500ml Tango = £11.39! Are you having a laugh! Plus apparently the menu has been updated so when you ask for a particular sandwich the salad options are already preselected so in effect Subway has lost its USP as now all your paying for is a COLD sarnie at a ridiculous price. I have deleted my Subway App and I will not be returning for anymore.

Poor attitude, poor service and extremely poorly prepared food.I believe this branch focuses on serving the pub crowd so don't care much about anything.Philly melt was simply disgusting and a price rip off.Stay away from this branch.
