Fast service and the staff were friendly. There was a new member of staff being trained up and his colleague was patient and helping him out a lot.It was really good to see that as it must have been very stressful for both members of staff and they were both very good at working alongside one another.

Not only is the quality of the sandwich terrible, we ordered two footlongs and only one came- the other one coming as a 6-inch! Also tried to phone the store in the friary only to find out the number on both the website and on here, is wrong! Terrible service- wish I could give 0 stars!

Waste of money, very skimpy on the fillings, they mumble at you so you can never understand what they are saying.They dont ever toast them properly they are still soft and not even hot.Soon as there mates come in they suddenly know how to speak properly and pile there subs to the rafters.£17 for 2 meal deals is ridiculous and they can't even give you a decent amount for your money.

Ordered on Just Eat. Came freezing cold, all the food just laying the bag because the boxes weren’t shut correctly. The Nancho chicken should recalled, taste pure disgusting

Appallingly rude staff, a disgusting selection of options on the visible counter that didn’t look fresh at all. No vegan TLC, so half a slice of vegan cheese as an alternative? Shocking! Never returning. Rudeness to the next level.
I’d give 0 stars if I could. Terrible sandwiches. Ordered 4 footlongs and they didn’t put cheese on any of them and hardly any filling. Was basically toasted bread and sauce. Will not order from here again.
