With tacos, they need to be fresh (especially the hard shell options). Great food and great value, but need to be eaten within a few minutes of preparation or the hard shell options will fall apart.As long as you remember that, this is a great value for money, tasty and relatively healthy fast food option!

The crunch wrap was good but the nachos were way too over seasoned with salt and the cinamon twists which I absolutely love in other Taco Bells tasted really bad. They tasted like they were cooked in engine oil, it made my mouth feel like a grocery bag absolutely horrible

I love taco bell ? I got a chicken wrap with fries ? and a drink. I recommend to greet large portion. The staff is friendly they cleaned my table. Also I want to point out that it is delicious and that if you come to eat you will leave with a smile on your face and you will be full for the rest of the day.WELL DONE ???!!!!
The food is always tasty but more often than not I receive the wrong order or something is missing. Also it tends to be on the cooler side, even if being eaten in, rather than takeaway. I don’t know why, but it consistently happens, which is a real shame because the food itself has a pretty nice flavour.

Firstly got my big food order wrong and food was missing from my order.Wanted loaded fries ? twice just got four packs of small fires.Secondly you have pay for WiFi from BT. As the signal is awful for some reason.Don't give them a big order they will get confused. ???

Had the misfortune to walk in this joint the other day. Ordered & sat down. All orders had been announced. The waitress did not announce ours. Eventually got up to inquire & there it was in the corner. The vegetarian taco was the worst ever I've tasted. Supposed to have 4 different types of cheeses - hardly any trace. Boiled rice & black eyed beans - absolutely awful. Did not finish it. Smallest ever portion of chips. Order was to eat in - they served as take away! Surly waitress - no manners or greetings. This was our 1st visit ever to a Taco Bell. It'll be our last. We'll stick to MacDonald's.

I have ordered about 10 times here from uber eats and when the tacos are assembled and packaged with care it tastes really good, but you can tell people dont care when packing it sometimes, might be because they are really busy with orders but still. They should lock off uber eats when they are busy so they can actually take time to create their food properly, i've had to get a refund from uber eats one time because my order came completely wrong and the taco was completely broken, soggy and stuffed with sour cream, completely inedible. They need to increase their quality instead of their output or they will lose a lot of customers, myself included. Also they need to get a fridge for their drinks because it comes warm every time.
