Went on a Wednesday evening so it wasn't busy. Didn't have to wait long to be served and food came without having to wait long. Our waitress was Danni who was friendly and efficient. The food was good and it was an enjoyable evening.

We booked ahead for a group of 13 (6 adults and 7kids)…. Very few other tables when we arrived yet it took over 1.5 hours for food to come out after ordering…. Needless to say that’s just ridiculous, especially knowing a group was coming and few other tables around. Having chased food and told them a few people had to leave for other commitments the staff weren’t overly helpful and somewhat rude. Not once was there an apology or explanation as to what has taken so long….. not great customer service at all!When food finally arrived it was on, small portions for the price.

I visited the premier inn and went to the parkway beefeater for my evening meal I was met at the door by a lovely lady who’s name I forgot please forgive me she introduced me to Danni my waitress for the night she was so pleasant and helpful nothing was too much trouble all of the staff I met during my visit were so nice I don’t often leave reviews but I was there on my own due to a business trip for work and they really made me feel at ease the food was delicious pipping hot and very tasty I would highly recommend Thank you for your service well done

We’ve visited here many times and always had a good experience. The day we visited was extremely busy but the staff, as always, were polite! Tables could have done with a bit more of a clean, but as stated - this is because it was busy. We will be back, thank you

Danni our waitress was absolutely fantastic we asked for all our food to come out the same time to which it did and also gave my little boy some chocolate buttons as it was his birthday she could not help us enough and nothing was to much Thank you Danni

I recently had lunch here with my sister, cousin and our children. We ordered the children’s veg sticks as a side for three of the children and when these came out I noticed the cucumber on all three plates was covered in black mold on the skin, the white part was soggy and slimy in places on my sons. Wouldn’t recommend!

The only reason for this bad review is due to the absolutely horrible attitude and service by the acting manager at the time, named Bobby.She made no effort to smile or even be friendly - she was so rude when I politely asked for orange juice,.. and when I asked her why she wouldn't even greet me with a smile, she said "why don't you smile" (which I had done, and even started my request by saying "I know you're busy but please.." )When my finance asked her for plates, as the breakfast area had run out, she simply said "I've got nothing" and then handed her four COFFEE SUACERS to eat with.When I asked her why she was being rude and unfriendly, she walked off to the kitchen ignoring me.She is a teribble member of staff and needs to be fired in my opinion.She's already lost your company money and customers from her needless horrible attitude and disrespect to polite friendly customers.And to think she was the acting manager, it's a surprise that the other staff were actually excellent and polite.They should be the ones teaching her the job, not the other way around.

We ordered quickly and received prompt, polite and friendly service throughout our meal from Danni who served us. She checked back to confirm that the food served was as expected and that we were happy and at the end of the meal provided us with the bill quickly and earned her tip.

Boxing Day festive meal. Paul the duty manager could not have been more helpful, his customer service was excellent. Danni was our waitress and she was delightful very jolly on Boxing Day. The meal was very good, great value. We really enjoyed the afternoon and will come again.

Place looked like a war zone, loads of tables uncleared, staff low on numbers and those that were there generally running around completely overwhelmed. Food was just about ok but certainly not best quality. Baked beans tasted awful. Overall not a nice experience and not something I would do by choice again. Needs 10 more staff, bigger kitchen or less tables.
