A Japanese chain restaurant in Guildford that is always very busy. Good service and delicious food. Nice atmosphere, open kitchen, many families with children, large selection of food and drinks, free Wi-Fi.?We had a great time and will definitely be back. I recommend!Kid-friendliness: Children's menu available

Went Christmas eve. Staff very polite. Was dealt with by the lady manager as my friend has food allergy. Top marks she was very attentive and friendly. Food was fresh, colourful and delicious as always.

SHRINKFLATION - I remember the glory years when a Kastu curry was a majestic dinner, enough grub for any person. They have hiked up the price and reduced the portion. The chicken is now thinner than the panko that covers it. When queried they stated, they had received complains that the chicken was under cooked so they made it thinner by compressing it. Nonsense, as if you compress or tenderise meat, it gets wider like an escalope. It’s excuses for shrinkflation, pay more get less, I have ended my relationship with Waggas and will never frequent you ever again. Gaslighting staff, telling me I was wrong, have a look at that picture and tell me that’s a reasonable portion of chicken, screw you Waggas.

Great food, customer service was on point and they were organised and fast with serving even though the restaurant was full.Parking: Pay and display car parks within close walking distance

We have been here a lot of times but yesterday was so disappointing. My kare burosu ramen was seemingly ok but I ate it anyway cos of hunger but I was been in the toilet all night, definitely something was off (am suspecting some cross contamination with the mushrooms as they smelt a but funky but I brushed it off). Really terrible experience, shame as this branch has excellent service and seating.

I am never disappointed by Wagamama's. The food is consistently lovely no matter what I try. The vegan options have changed over the years and I've enjoyed trying them all, but kare burosu remains my favourite! I love the free green tea and the service is always good. The desserts are nice, the cocktails are nice, I've never had a bad meal at Wagamama's and I've been a good 15 times. I also love the takeaway pots because I tend to get two servings out of the ramen dishes. Great for any dietary requirements.Vegetarian options: Plenty of excellent vegetarian options to choose from (I've literally tried and enjoyed them all).Dietary restrictions: Again, excellent for vegans. I love that there is a range of vegan sides as well as mains. And I highly recommend the banana katsu with miso ice-cream vegans and non-vegans alike.

Definitely a dine in spot. I’ve had multiple issues ordering through them for collection over the last year or so, specifically losing my order multiple times. Otherwise definitely be choosey about what you want as the value - portion is quite off, the katsu curry is a ripoff. Personally I’d rather Kokoro or Itsu for consistency and value.

My friend needs GF food and they went to a lot of trouble making sure his food was cooked safely for him even scrubbing down that part of the kitchen before starting to cook and the manager was assigned as his cook. Top quality.

Asian fusion at its best! Portioning the main dish is the way to go and order lots of appetisers. I’ll drop by again in my next visit to Guildford.

Food was good as always but this time server Bindika was outstanding. She was helpful with selection of my drinks and starters. With check backs and clearing the plates it was on point. Thank you:)

Great food, quick service and food comes out quick too. My only negative is that where seating is packed in, it can get loud and hard to hear what people are sayingVegetarian options: There are several vegetarian and vegan specific options. But even so, most of the menu has meat and vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Caters quite well for children.Wheelchair accessibility: Layout makes this place very inaccessible. Most of the seating is close together and on benches, the other seating is on high tables.

For a Friday evening was seated quickly and the waitress was polite. Food came in phases (but this is the theme of the restaurant) but we didn't see our waitress again. This was a shame as it was a hot night and extra drinks were needed.

Had to wait a little bit before being seated. Friendly staff and food came very quickly and was delicious! Pay via QR code which speeds up the whole process. Very popular and busy everyday so very loud but not a deterrent. Been here many times and never disappoints!
