Overwhelmingly poor.Sat us by the bar as couldn't be bothered to clean tables.Korean fried chicken bowl was missing any greens as listed on the menu. The rice was clumped together. It's shockingly poor quality. Kokoro is superior for anything cooked at half the price.

I don’t know what has happened as yo sushi used to be quite nice but the fall off in quality and service was remarkable, definitely the worst meal for the value for money I’ve ever eaten. Service was also abysmal with a waitress who clearly should never have been hired. Sushi itself looked worse than the ones you get in supermarket meal deals. £30 I will never get back.

Booked a table on a Sunday at 1.30pm. Went straight to our table, ordering system explained and drinks order taken straight away. Food ordered came out quickly and hot and presented great. Sushi taken off belt was lovely

Restaurant is looking dirty, random boxes and general stuff everywhere and the LED decorations are hanging off the walls in places. Service was good but looked rushed off their feet. Food tasted nice but presentation of sushi was bad, all different sizes, rice hanging out. Wouldn’t recommend as you really want a clean restaurant with sushi.

The service is the worst anyone can get would definitely ruin your mood. There were only 2 waitresses and only one was actually doing all the work. The other waitress wont even host you to your table. Extremely bad service.

I hadn't been for years and we went for my son's bday. We told him about the conveyor belt with food, the button that shouted yo sushi and the taps that you can refill the water. Well they still have the conveyor belt. The atmosphere wasn't as fun as it previously was and you now order via a qr code. There's nothing wrong with that but I found the site not the easiest to navigate. The food was yummy, I just won't be rushing back.

What on earth has happened to, once upon a time such a vibrant, energetic venue. 5 of us Went out for dinner for my daughters birthday (her chosen place), easily going to be a £80-100 meal. After 10 minutes of trying to navigate the app trying to find items, with no service offered we up and left. No one in there apart from us and still no upselling or interaction. I couldn’t spend my money there knowing that it was a special event for my daughter’s 17th birthday, and knowing service was not going to be provided. A couple of doors down Wagamama’s is full, instant service and a much cleaner and vibrant atmosphere. Happy to send my hard earned money there instead.

Would give zero if I could. Went with wife and two kids. Zero service, food came over serving by serving over the next hour, which totally defeats the object of going to eat out together. Restaurant not that busy, but they obviously prioritize takeaway orders over people eating in. Love Japanese and Korean food but I don't know who's made these menus as was awful.

I used to love coming to Yo Sushi in Guildford. Used to be lovely and clean and the animated noises you used to hear through the speakers was always a laugh. They seem to have got rid of that now and they just play normal music. When I went the other day the plates my food came on were filthy. There were flies around and the food is so overpriced for what it is now. Such a shame Yo Sushi used to be fun.
