I’ve visited a few times in the last few months, AVOID drive through. They take your order, hand you your drink order then ask to wait in the car park.I visited this afternoon, Friday mid afternoon, not very busy and what I’d say is a standard order - 1 mcchicken sandwich meal.I ordered this in the hope even after queuing for 7 or 8mins in the drive thru it may be ready - but no! I had to join the parked car club and waited a further 15mins. The staff are very friendly but this restaurant appears woefully mismanaged.The car park at weekends if full of taxis and uber drivers. Not a pleasant experience.

Does what you would expect from a McDonald's. Food delivered fairly quickly despite being really busy.Good to go to whilst waiting for passengers arriving without having to pay and park up.

A very restaurant with a high turnover of air passengers, taxi drivers and Just-Eat, Deliveroo pickups. You can order at your table, but be warned that they likely won't bring the food and forget about you. Your app will thank you for ordering and enjoy the food, but it likely hasn't been made or is left getting cold as nobody wanted to bring it. Dare ask why the food took 25 minutes and you'll be told 'Sorry, I just started mate'. Perhaps the staff turnover matches that of the clientele.You'll also need to clean the tables yourself as staff seem to know all the local taxi drivers and spend most of their time gossiping.However, on the plus side, it's still cheaper to walk here to eat from the terminal than eat inside and pay airport prices!

Not for the first time, disappointing. Ordered a delivery for the family as a bit of a treat. The burgers and chicken were cooked fine but all the chips in the meals were uncooked. Luckily we have an air frier and some salt at home...

No stars for me,if l could do a minus l would,stayed at premier inn GATWICK not the big one, going away next day for a break,we decided to get takeaway from MacDonalds so we put the order through. Price was £26.99 with delivery estimated time 45mins,waited to 45mis never come then we waited another 30mins no contact from MacDonalds we decided to cancel the order,shame on you MacDonalds Gatwick Shame.

A bit discriminatory towards beef patty lovers,since during breakfast times you can only get breakfast items. Really wanted a bigmac or a Philly burger before getting away,but I would've been happy if just a cheeseburger was available...maybe have all the breakfast items during breakfast,but throw in a cheeseburger as a choice,doesn't have to be the whole menu. Otherwise brilliant,no complaints

Visited at 6 A.M. at airport. Order was very slow. Because staff were not able to serve coffee apparently. Visited the ladies loo. Paper over the floors and leaking toilet. Very messy. Night staff did not clear it before going home even though some appeared to have little to do. I understand it is at Gatwick but no excuse for untidiness and untrained staff.

The car park is abused by people doing pick-ups from the airport; all the delivery drivers (uber eats, deliveroo, just eat) flooding the entrance seem to get priority over customers who have bought in person; 20 minutes or more waiting times due to being “busy” but there doesn’t seem to be any order or efficiency. This place is a nightmare experience, you’re better off driving further up the motorway and avoiding this chaos!
I didnt stop here for food, but a poo, so I will rate this place on that experience; The food looked nice, I do enjoy a McD's, but on this occasion was doing a drop off and not a take away. Loo's nice and clean, plenty of loo roll which was helpful as this particular dump was a 6 x wiper, hand soap plentiful and water a good temp, atmosphere in the loo was to be expected, quiet and thoughtful, people staring at ceiling, probably wondering how many times you can shake dry before it becomes a thrap?I wont be adding a photo, though should do, was a very impressive poo that broke the water line.

Clearly badly managed. 10 minute queue to order. 20 minute wait for food. When I was called, my hot drinks were cold as they'd been sitting there the whole time. My McFlurry was no longer ice cream. Bins overflowing. McDonald's need to look into this store.

Fast, hot and all you'd expect from Maccies. The quality of restaurant varies but this one was good. Only downside was the drive-through wasn't in use but that wouldn't stop me after 2 weeks abroad.Parking: 30 spaces approx
