Staff are so kind and very friendly. Even with a delayed flight..we feel relaxed having a coffee and meal at Joes coz the ambience is so nice with the best staff around. Kuddos to their team at Gatwick South.
This is a lovely environment to be in with such extra special care. For the first time ever in an airport cafe I felt like a human who was looked after with quality. There was water with lemon & mint available for free to help oneself. I was given a top up on my hot drink & it was reasonable priced, not ripped off like other places. Thank you Joe's cafe Sara x

First time of using this restaurant. Wow what a great experience. The staff so friendly and accommodating. The food was hot and freshly prepared. The service was fantastic. Will be recommended this establishment to everyone I know. Keep up the good work .
