The staff is very helpful, I visit every month for car wash shopping and using all their facilities, they always take the time to help very politely and kindly.

They were rude and not tourist friendly. I had to get food somewhere else. So, if you are staying at the Premier Inn next door, then be ready for bad service.

They do not allow ladies to use the toilets, arguing is “the management decision” to not give the keys at 22:00 for the toilet. The employee said it is too difficult to maintain it during night. Horrible place, the employees call you “boss” when you ask them if they just don’t want to give the keys!!!

Great for a Costa Express! And you can get fuel too! Watch out for the cameras as Gatwick Airport are trying to recoup their losses with people dropping off and collecting there to save money.

Worst toilets ever,urine on floor and you can imagine the smell. These haven’t been cleaned for some time.
Absolutely rip-off I was trying to use a car wash. It was a queue in front of me. I’ve told the manager to put my registration on the system he refuse. I said you only have 20 minutes. How can you watch the car within 20 minutes when you have two cars in front of you absolutely rip-off disgusting which, every shell you go the put registration on but of course Gatwick is moneymaking machin so the way I go out I cover marriage station so they didn’t get my money I told him to F off

Called over from hotel next door at 10pm, the guy failed to serve me a couple of amenity items, states 24 hrs but definitely isn’t, I was ignored at the window, disgusting customer service and definitely shouldn’t be aloud to advertise as 24 hr

I use this station a lot as a taxi driver. Earlier this morning 31/5/2023 I couldn’t find any gloves or paper towels (seems to be a regularly occurrence here) on the forecourt. My car runs on diesel so handling the pump without any protective gloves or paper towels is not safe for my health. A small drop of diesel on your hands takes a few days to stop smelling no matter how many times you wash your hands. Not to mention the germs on the pump!I noticed the sign to ask inside for gloves, I queued up waited and asked the gentleman at the counter for some gloves. “We don’t have any” was his reply.I left the garage at this point I did not top up or spend any money here.I topped up at another service station owned by shell some 35 miles away. No problem.
