The ginger guy in the kitchen was an absolute machine basically running the place by himself, fair play to the lad for pumping out the burgers like it was elf bars in a Chinese factory, food tasted great too he done an amazing job.

I visited Shake Shack at Gatwick North Terminal at around 5:30am on a Thursday, headed for a quick fly in visit to Milan. My order arrived quickly, and the lady who served me (3914 Laura L, as per my receipt) was warm, friendly and engaging. Her lovely service certainly brightened my morning!
