The food was lovely.cooperative staff.Manager was very kind person.Sometimes i order for delivery they send me in time and fresh and hot pizza.Their pizza is the one thing that i will never get tired of.its a balance of salty and savory,with just the right amount of tanginess from the sauce.the crust is crispy on the outside.yet chewy and flavourful on the inside.

Phoned in to make an order and told too busy so will need to do an online order. Doesn't fill you with a lot of faith that an online order will come in a decent time frame. Very rude over the phone. An order is an order whether online or on the phone.

Ordered today, unbelievable service,they can’t deliver, so said I would collect. On ordering was informed can’t have spicy pepperoni feast !!Also they have no olives !! plus no flatbreads, maybe my menu may be out of date re the flatbreads.. Totally rubbish they can’t deliver a basic service and the ingredients

Lovely pizza, round the corner from me, never really got a pizza from there but I will go back, customer service was amazing and I find that is key these days!They even personalised things for me to enjoy my purchase as I was fussy!
Avoid this place, they have the worst service, and worse food, when an order goes wrong they tell you they can do nothing about it and leave you high and dry after taking your money and leaving you with horrendous "food"

Appalling service. Order was cold, and wrong. When I called to complain, first I couldn't get through despite 4 attempts! Then I was spoken to by a very rude member of staff. Eventually I managed to get them to agree to deliver the right pizza, but when it arrived, it was wrong again!!! I couldn't get through on phone at all after that... eventually gave up and went to bed. Wont order again!!!

This place always has a very good pizza whenever my family gets it ...My son is a bit picky about food, he has his own standards ... so far I have ordered from everywhere in Leatherhead, only Pizza Hut makes pizza that he likes, with all the necessary ingredients and a very good preparation.We are regular customers of this store, every time we receive the order or go to collect the order, the staff is nice, very friendly and polite. Today I was served by Adrian, he welcomed me with a big smile, friendly attitude and reassurance that my pizza is ready for collection, at the end my son was very happy with the quality of the pizza. He really enjoyed it!
