Definitely very disappointed in that lousy service, especially Mr. SEELAN who always has a lousy attitude and the treatment of others is very bad all the time, I already had many experiences there at that gas station, apart from the fact that it is always dirty, they never know the real prices and they always want to charge more than necessary. IF YOU CAN GO TO ANOTHER GAS STATION
The wrong prices inside the Waitrose on the label ? when you get to the checkout, does the price of the items change, tell me if they don't update the prices or is it that they shamelessly steal from us?

Toilets say how much they care about cleanliness and customer experience. Rubbish. You need an hourly visit to maintain them, not possible with just two people on the tills it seems. My biggest gripe is that every single toilet - men’s, women’s and disabled - was without toilet paper. Disgusting. To their credit after I complained someone did put some in. But really? If it’s running low check it!
